I grew up on the Southside of Chicago I attended Northern Illinois University I love to cook, care for plants, and read novels I just recently got married last year. My family consists of my husband Joe, and my two pets, Marlon (iguana) and Mr. T. (tortoise). My favorite animal would be a siberian tiger.

What your job entails.....
- This is my first year as a 5th grade teacher. I was a student teacher at Covington during the fall of 1999, and I became a special ed. instructional aide for the spring.
- I teach at a great school named Covington.
- I am teaching fifth grade. I have the same exact classroom that I student taught in.
- I have 20 wonderful students who are fun and eager to learn. I am very lucky and extremely happy.
