District Dashboard

The District is in the first year of implementation for the Strategic Plan (2009-2012). Monitoring and reporting progress on long-range strategic goals included in the Strategic Plan is an essential component of the accountability process. One method of reporting progress over time on the strategic goals is through the use of Indicators as displayed on the District Dashboard.

A Dashboard is a progress monitoring and reporting tool that enables school districts to improve learning and organizational performance over time. Data information, linked to indicators and aligned with long-range strategic goals, is reported at various times during the school year. All strategic goals have at least one indicator or measure of growth. Each indicator has a predetermined target performance that is used as the measure of growth over time.
