Special Presentations - District 123 Emergency Response Crisis Management (ERCM)
Leanne DeHaan, Director of Student Services, and Paul Enderle, Associate Principal of OLHMS, provided background information about the National Incident Management System (NIMS), a comprehensive approach to incident management, and a timeline for implementation.

• Approved serious safety hazards for children being transported within School District 123 boundaries (revised - Hometown only)

• Approved the 2001 and 2002 tax rate objections settlement as discussed in closed session

• Approved the purchase of Just5Clicks data management system software

• Approved the appointment of Ursula Ehretsman and Sandy Roberts as designated representatives of the Board of Education Secretary for purposes of receiving nomination petitions and other documents required of candidates for membership on the Board of Education to be voted for at the election on April 17, 2007

• Approved Memorandum of Understanding - revised Sick Leave Bank

• Approved the list of bills as presented, the Fund Reconciliation Report, the summary financial reports, and the payroll in the amount of $3,396,204.07
