• Approved the sale of two school buses to National Bus Service in the amount of $50,000

• Adopted a Working Cash Fund Resolution of Intent to sell
  Limited Tax Working Cash Fund Bonds not to exceed $16,000,000

• Adopted a Resolution calling for a Public Hearing on August 27, 2007, concerning the intent of the Board of Education of School District Number 123, Cook County, Illinois, to sell Limited Tax Working Cash Fund Bonds not to exceed $16,000,000
