A SYNOPSIS OF WHAT HAPPENED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
OAK LAWN-HOMETOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT 123 BOARD OF EDUCATION.

The closed session convened at 7:10 p.m.  The open meeting was held at the Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School (OLHMS) Cafetorium and called to order at 7:30 p.m.

THE BOARD HEARD FROM THE ADMINISTRATION REGARDING:

A public hearing was conducted concerning the intent of the Board of Education of School District Number 123, Cook County, Illinois, to sell Limited Tax Working Cash Fund Bonds not to exceed $16,000,000.

The Board conducted a second reading of policy #2:220 Board of Education Meeting Procedures and a first reading of policies 2:170, 4:120, 6:145, 6:160, 6:310, 7:70, 7:130, and 7:190.

THE BOARD TOOK THE FOLLOWING ACTION:

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.

The next regular meeting of the Board of Education will be held on Monday, September 24, 2007, at the Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School, 5345 W. 99th Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois.
