From the Principal..
It is hard to believe that this is the last Covington Connection for this school year. This year has gone by quickly. The students have worked diligently to rise to the expectations as we have transitioned to the Common Core State Standards. Having said that, the students and staff are definitely deserving of a break. I hope that everyone enjoys the summer break but don’t forget to take some time and read a great book! See you back here in August!
Registration Packets were sent home. Early discounted fees end May 31st. Even if you choose not to pay at this time please return the information sheets as soon as possible.
The Awards Assembly has been moved from May 31st to Tuesday, June 4th. Grades 3-5 will be at 1:00 and grades K-2 will be at 2:00 in the Fisher Hall. Please join us to acknowledge and celebrate our students’ achievements. June 4, will be a full attendance day for students.
