5th Grade Band

The Covington band members are actually part of the much larger and extremely exciting Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School band program. Whole band practices occur weekly before school, with group lessons taking place weekly during the school day. 5th grade students participate in this program, but receive an opportunity to try different instruments at the end of the 4th grade year.
