HELEN WHALEN HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
The Oak Lawn – Hometown PTA Council is proud to announce they will be awarding five (5) $500.00 scholarships this year. Applications will be available from the scholarship counselor in area high schools and at the Oak Lawn – Hometown District Office. Completed applications and their requirements must reach the scholarship chairperson on or before March 22nd, 2013, either by mailing or dropping off.

Join a PTO Committee - Volunteer your time and have fun!
Committees are a great way to get involved. A few examples include:
Fundraising (Spirit Wear, Box Tops for Education, Market Day, Campbell's Labels For Education)
Student Events (Book Fair, 5th Grade Gym nights, Spooktacular, Winter Carnival, Art Night)
School Functions (Kindergarten Celebration, Art Night, Teacher Appreciation Week, Bingo Night)
Come to the next PTO meeting and find the best committee for you!
