Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

Arrival

Students are to arrive at school NO MORE THAN TEN MINUTES BEFORE THE FIRST BELL, which rings at 8:30 a.m. Students will enter and exit the building using the following designated doors:

• Kindergarten and Grade 1 - Northwest Door
• Grades 2 and 3 - East Door
• Grades 4 and 5 - South Door

Line up single file, in an orderly fashion, at designated areas outside assigned doors while awaiting entrance into the building.

Any student arriving after 8:30 needs to enter the main doors (by the office), and check in at the office. There may still be a staff member at the child’s entrance door, but this is not a guarantee and should not be expected.

Dismissal

Exit at the end of the day through assigned doors
Walk quietly on the right side of the hallway in a single file whenever passing in the hallways. Running is not allowed.
