Welcome to first grade! 

On my teacher page, I hope you will find useful information to use with your student.  To ensure a successful year, I encourage you to read with your child daily and complete homework in a timely fashion.  Please check your child's blue Reading/Math Homework folder for homework and important notes.  Children enjoy being read to and I encourage you to build these skills at home.  In addition, there are numerous educational websites to access under my links page for your child to explore.  The transition to first grade can be challenging however I believe through open communication we will have a successful year.  I am excited and look forward to working with your child this year.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me via email or leave a message.
