KOLMAR AVE. SCHOOL MISSION The Kolmar Avenue School faculty and staff will provide an exemplary learning environment for all students in preschool through 5th grade. This will be accomplished through the efforts of a highly qualified and motivated staff functioning in safe, nurturing surroundings and with the support of involved, informed parents. The educational program will challenge students toward academic achievement and physical fitness, enhanced by the use of differentiated methods,materials and technology. Public Hearing NoticePublic Hearing Notice; Public Act 96-640 provides a school board authorization to hold school on several legal school holidays, including Veterans’ Day. In accordance with this act, the District 123 School Board will hold a public hearing at May’s school board meeting to address November 11, 2010 as a school day. Please join us in the OLHMS library on Monday, May 24th at 7 p.m.
