Title:  Addition and Subtraction Fact Assessment
Subject:
  Math
Grade Level:  1

Overview:  Students  will complete (individually) addition and/or subtraction facts, in a certain amount of time (that you set).  The web site calculates for you, the problems correct and shows you which ones were incorrect.

Purpose:  To assess how well students know their facts and how quickly they can do them.

Resources and Materials:   iTView (to demonstrate how to play).

Activities: 
1.  Explain to the students that they will each be completing addition and/or subtraction problems, in “x” amount of minutes.
2.  Demonstrate how to play, on iTView.
3.  Assign students, individually, to play, in Centers.

Evaluation:  Teacher can check over each student’s results, after they are finished in Centers.
