On Feb. 3rd,  Sward students were encouraged to wear red for The American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" day. Mrs. Gloodt, the principal of Sward School, is donating $1.00 to The American Heart Association for every student wearing red, a total of 355 students! The $355.00 donation, along with staff donations, will be sent to the charity in March after students participate in the Jump Rope for Heart which will raise additional funds for this worthy cause.
