Boys' Fitness

Open to boys in grades 6-7-8. The purpose of the activity is to ensure proper and regular workout schedules and routines and to ultimately promote fitness through various workout and sporting activities. Students will use fitness equipment, gym facilities and outdoor fields to learn specific workout strategies. This club will be available for enrolled students to attend for 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
