Girl's Fitness Club

Girls who have signed up for Fitness club have been divided into two groups: Trimester 1 and Trimester 2.  See Miss Johnson in room 2011 if you have any questions!

We meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 in the Fitness Center or the Small Gym - the announcements will say the location. (Week 1 - Fitness Center ; Week 2 - Small Gym; Week 3 - Fitness Center; Week 4 - Small Gym; etc.)

Girls will be introduced to the fitness center here at OLHMS.  Participants will be taught how to use the equipment and machines to build a workout program and achieve her fitness goals. The girls will keep track of their progress each week on their individual fitness logs and will be able to see how they've improved over the course of the trimester.
