Welcome to our website, a place where you can visit to learn all of the important information about what is going on in our classroom and at school. I hope you are able to find everything that you need, keeping you informed of the procedures, events, and learning activities for the 2011-2012 school year.
The Learning Resource Program at OLHMS delivers reading, writing, and math interventions to students who need additional support to increase their success in the general education program. This course uses progress monitoring data to assess student's progress within the intervention programs. In collaboration with the regular education staff, our goal is to guide students toward achieving their highest potential. Homework will be assigned on an as needed basis. I recommend daily reading for 20 - 30 minutes outside of the school day. Refer to the links page to access activities in a variety of subject areas.
