District 123 Service Models:

Individual - Student and ELL teacher work one on one or in a small group with other students who are at the same English language level. (Pull-out)

Integration - ELL teacher will work with the students in their classroom. This may be one on one or in a small group. (Push-in)

Consultation - ELL teacher will collaborate with the classroom teacher and the student to make sure that the student is meeting all grade level expectations. (Monitoring)

ACCESS for ELLs is a standards-based, criterion referenced English language proficiency test designed to measure English language learners' social and academic proficiency in English. It assesses social and instructional English as well as the language associated with language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies within the school context across the four language domains.
