District 123 elementary schools and Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School are introducing a Breakfast After the Bell Program in collaboration with our food service provider, Whitsons. This program is designed to help ensure all students start their day ready to succeed.
Students will have the option to receive a breakfast and milk in the classroom at the beginning of the day. If a student receives breakfast, then the Whitsons staff will charge their account, unless the student qualifies for a free breakfast.
If you would like to opt your child out of the breakfast after the bell program, please complete this form and return it to your child's school as soon as possible.
