Dunk tank duo-Ms. Doornbos and Ms. Franko
What do you get for $3? You get an opportunity to dunk Ms. Doornbos and Ms. Franko and raise money for the PTA! Thank you to Hannum's PTA for organizing a smashing back-to-school bash. There was an opportunity for families to reconnect and for new families to get connected. If the smell of hot dogs was in the air, you probably noticed Nicky V's food truck made an appearance too. Additional concessions were snow cones and Andy's ice cream. Happy Bears roamed around with painted faces as well. But back to the dunk tank. How many times were Ms. Doornbos and Ms. Franko dunked?? A rough estimate would be about 20 times EACH. Thanks to our fun-loving dynamic duo for being good sports and the main attraction for this event to help the PTA kick-off this year. They generously organize numerous family events during the school year while also loving on the teachers with treats, supplies, books, and food! The Hannum community is so thankful to them for bringing all of our Bear Families together.
