Excitement filled the FRC at the ELC as D123 Elementary School Principals and Associate Principals stopped by to visit our future kindergartners! Students had the opportunity to learn all about the elementary schools they will attend next year and ask questions about what Kindergarten will be like.
School leaders shared fun details about their buildings, including what color the walls are, how many playgrounds they have, their school mascots, and some of the exciting activities students can look forward to each day. Future kindergartners were thrilled to hear about gym class every day, music, art, and library class, along with the different seating choices they may have during carpet time like mermaid and mountain sitting.

Students participated in conversations by asking thoughtful questions about meeting new friends, sharing stories about older siblings who already attend the schools, and expressing their excitement for this next big step in their learning journey.
