Qmlativ Family Access

Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 transitioned to Qmlativ (Skyward 3.0) for the 2025-26 school year. Qmlativ offers enhanced features across a wide range of areas, including student information, grades, scheduling, attendance, food service and much more.

As a reminder, some Family Access features will be offline this summer for maintenance. Schedules will be released at 12:00 PM on the Wednesday before school starts. We also recommend checking your transportation information the evening before classes begin, as routes and times may change up until that point.

Getting Started

You can access the web browser version of Qmlativ Family Access by clicking here or you may download the new Qmlativ Mobile App. 

Forgotten Username and Password:

Click “Forgot your Username and Password” and follow the prompts. Please note, we do not keep track of passwords, however, your school’s main office can send you a reset link.

Updating Your Contact Information in Qmlativ:

If you need to change your contact information (Email address, phone number), you can do so in the Student Profile of Qmlativ Family Access. Visit this page for a step-by-step guide.
