Covington is celebrating KINDness week this week with fun activities and themed days! As part of our year long emphasis on fostering a positive school environment we have been participating in random acts of kindness throughout the week. Students recieved a special challenge each day that revolves around kindness! Challenges include writing what they are thankful for and taking the time to compliment someone on their work. Students have also been decorating our hallways with kind words and phrases. One way we can help our students at home is to encourage them to be kind to you, their siblings and their neighbors.
We have also been collecting travel size personal care items for the "Step Up to Kindness Challenge" Any donation is appreciated!
