There was something extra special in the air at our school last week...it was Kindness Week, and the smiles were brighter than ever!
All week long, students celebrated kindness in the most fun and creative ways. We kicked things off with exciting themed days that brought tons of school spirit. On Sports Day, jerseys and team colors filled the hallways as students showed that being a good sport means cheering each other on. Hat Day added even more fun, with silly, stylish, and sporty hats popping up in every classroom, reminding us that kindness looks good on everyone!
One of the highlights of the week was our Buddy Classroom Day. Students paired up with different grade levels to complete fun activities together. Older students became role models, younger students gained new friends, and everyone had the chance to “fill someone’s cup” with encouragement and support.
Throughout the week, classrooms focused on small acts that make a big difference, sharing compliments, helping a friend, including others, and choosing kind words.
