Field Trips, Fun, and Fantastic Memories!

Field Trips, Fun, and Fantastic Memories!

As the school year winds down, May has brought so many exciting learning adventures for our students through memorable field trips! From live theater to hands-on science and stepping back in time, our students have been making wonderful memories outside of the classroom.

Our kindergarten students recently enjoyed a magical trip to the Beverly Arts Center where they watched a fun performance of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Students loved seeing the story come to life on stage through music, acting, and colorful costumes. It was a fantastic opportunity for our youngest learners to experience live theater and connect literature to the arts.

Second grade students had an adventurous and scientific day exploring the Museum of Science and Industry. Throughout the day, students explored exciting exhibits, discovered new scientific concepts, and participated in hands-on learning experiences. From transportation and weather to space and engineering, curiosity and excitement filled every corner of the museum!

Our fifth grade students embarked on a “blast from the past” during their field trip to Naper Settlement. Students traveled back in time as they explored historic buildings, learned about life in the 19th century, and participated in interactive activities that helped history come alive. It was an unforgettable day full of learning and exploration.

We are so grateful to our teachers, staff, and parent volunteers who helped make these incredible experiences possible. May has truly been filled with fun, learning, and lasting memories for our students!
