Positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) is an approach schools use to promote school safety and good behavior. With PBIS, schools teach students about behavior expectations and strategies. At Sward, students receive eagle feathers for showing respectful, responsible and safe behaviors throughout the school day. Ms. Molloy, Sward's PBIS Coach, hosted the Swagle store this week. Students have been saving up their eagle feathers to spend at the Swagle Store. A few popular choices were slime, unicorn pencils and emoji toys.
