Galloping gargoyles … 2022 is the silver anniversary of J.K. Rowling’s magical classic Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone!
On Wednesdays, Mrs. Coennen sponsors a lunch club. King, a 3rd Grader, mentioned "how fun it is to eat lunch in the classroom and read Harry Potter." These third graders countdown the days until their next meeting anticipating what happens in the next chapter. The students enjoy their lunch, color themed pages, and participate in book club discussions all about Harry Potter.
