3rd Annual GLOW RUN

3rd Annual GLOW RUN

Sward School is thrilled to celebrate its 3rd Annual Glow Run Fundraiser on Friday, October 24, a beloved event that brings students, families, and staff together for a day of fitness, fun, and school spirit! In the week leading up to the big day, students have been busy gathering donations to help support school programs, classroom resources, and student activities. Every dollar raised makes a difference and students can also earn exciting prizes for their fundraising efforts.

On the day of the event, the school big gym will be adorned with blacklights and super cool glow lights as students take part in the Glow Run, running and walking laps under the bright, colorful glow of lights and music. The energy and excitement are contagious as everyone cheers on their classmates and celebrates their hard work. Adding to the fun, our fifth graders will participate in a special Color Run, where bursts of vibrant color will fill the air, marking their final Glow Run at Sward in a truly memorable way.

To top it all off, there’s an extra incentive that has everyone buzzing...the grade level that raises the most money will get to slime the Principal, Mrs. Amra in front of the entire school! It’s sure to be a moment filled with laughter, cheers, and school pride. The Glow Run continues to be one of Sward’s favorite traditions, reminding everyone that when we work—and run—together, we can make amazing things happen!
