Our PBIS Swagle Store is soaring at Sward School!
Students have been earning Eagle Feathers by showing what it means to be Respectful, Responsible, and Safe throughout the school day. On Thursday March 12th, students had the opportunity to visit the Swagle Store and trade in their feathers for fun prizes, enter raffles and special experiences.
From pencils and stickers to special privileges like sitting with a friend or choosing a classroom activity, our students are learning that positive choices truly pay off! We are so proud of our Eagles for working hard and showing great character every day.
The Swagle Store is more than just a fun reward system . It also helps students learn the value of what items cost, practice decision-making, and build problem-solving skills as they choose how to spend or save their Eagle Feathers. Experiences like this help reinforce positive behavior while teaching real-life lessons.
Ms. Lettiere, Sward’s PBIS Coach, shared her appreciation for the generosity of our local community. A special thank you to Cane’s and Andy’s for donating food coupons for our students, and to our parents for volunteering their time to help the Swagle Store run smoothly. Your kindness helps us celebrate and encourage positive behavior throughout our school.
