Team building with first grade-Who can get the most cotton balls on their plate using their nose?
After returning from winter break, students participated in a PBIS Bootcamp Refresher to reset expectations and start the new year strong. Grade levels gathered together to review what it means to be Respectful, Responsible, and Safe in all areas of Hannum with a special focus on bathrooms, hallways, and the lunchroom. Mrs. Doornbos gave clear examples, visuals, and discussed expectations while also incorporating some fun team-building games in between. The refresher helped reinforce positive behaviors, set a consistent tone school wide, and ensure everyone is ready for a successful second half of the year.
