We did it the GRIZZ way!!!
Hannum School has had a number of end-of-year activities to wrap up this final week of school. On Tuesday our Baby Bears had their Kindergarten Awards with some fabulous singing. Our 3–5th grade students were celebrated for their academic achievements on Wednesday morning, while 1–2nd was celebrated in the afternoon. The majority of our Hannum Students received an award to celebrate a fabulous year of growth in the areas of math, reading, attendance, and behavior.
On Thursday, students had Field Day when students could play soccer, four-square, paddle ball and jump on inflatables. The Hannum PTA provided all students with Domino's Pizza and popsicles for lunch.
Mrs. Doornbos chose a theme this year—Rock Your Roll. Each student and staff member was challenged in August, and we now see how so many finished strong all the way to June. We congratulate our fifth grade students as they move on to OLHMS and look forward to seeing future first through fourth grade students in the fall. You all truly rocked your roll the Grizz Way!! Have a wonderful and safe summer break!
