Our 8th grade OLHMS girls volleyball players were honored as they walked onto the court last Thursday, February 8th against Tinley Middle School. In Thursday’s 8th grade night game, Addie K. led all players in serving points, Abby W. led the Mustangs with several digs and key passes, Layna C. and Chloe had many strong sets for our middle and outside hitters at the net throughout the game. Our 8th grade Mustangs not only had professional posters made, two tables full of goodies, balloons, and they gave their loved ones a presentation rose as they were announced one-by-one. With playoffs quickly approaching in the next few weeks, we wish our 8th grade girls good luck in their regular season games and in the playoffs!
