The time has finally come to begin preparing our 8th graders for their next big milestone—graduating and moving on to high school! As the second half of the school year begins, our 8th grade students marked this exciting moment by taking their graduation pictures.
Students arrived dressed to impress in their fanciest outfits, with hair neatly styled and every strand perfectly in place. While waiting for their formal portraits, the OLHMS PTSA decorated the hallway with festive backdrops and props, giving students the chance to take candid, fun photos with friends and capture the excitement of the moment. Smiles filled the room as they posed for traditional portraits and stepped into their graduation gowns, offering everyone a glimpse of just how close graduation truly is.
This special day served as a meaningful reminder of how far our students have come and how much they have grown throughout their middle school journey. We are so excited to see what the Class of 2026 will continue to accomplish for the rest of this school year and beyond as they prepare for their bright future ahead.
