OLHMS was full of excitement on Friday, January 16th, as students and staff came together for a celebratory parade honoring two outstanding teams. The 8th Grade Girls Basketball Team was recognized for an incredible undefeated season, finishing 14–0 and earning the SWIC Championship. Their hard work and teamwork paid off in a big way. The OLHMS Cheerleading Team was also celebrated after earning 1st place at the Richards High School Dawg Disco Cheer Competition. As the teams made their way through the building, OLHMS students lined the hallways, cheering loudly and showing school pride. The parade was a fun and meaningful way to recognize the dedication, talent, and success of our student-athletes!
