On Monday, March 2nd and Tuesday, March 3rd, Mrs. Follmar visited our 8th grade classrooms to lead the third and final Xello! session of the school year. Xello! is a personalized college and career readiness program that helps students explore their interests and learn more about future opportunities.
This session was especially meaningful because it took place just before our upcoming Career Fair. The timing helps students feel prepared and confident, giving them a clearer idea of which professional booths they may want to visit and which career pathways they are most interested in learning more about.
During the lesson, Mrs. Follmar introduced students to a variety of career pathways and clusters, including Human Services, Natural Resources and Agriscience, Finance, and many more. Students also explored their individual learning styles and selected three career clusters that sparked their interest.
Our students truly enjoy participating in Xello! and are excited to continue exploring possibilities as they begin turning their goals and dreams into reality.
