On Wednesday, December 10th, Kolmar’s K–2 students and choir members put on a holiday concert that truly felt like the start of the season. The kids showed up in their nicest outfits, looking excited and a little nervous in the best way. Once the music began, though, they lit up the stage. Each group performed three songs, and it was clear how much work they had put into them. Some kids added fun touches with instruments or little dance moves, and you could see how proud they were. At the end, all the students came together for a big finale that had families smiling, recording videos, and soaking in the moment. A lot of credit goes to Mrs. Brodsky, who spent weeks helping the students learn the songs and understand the music behind them. You could tell she put her whole heart into it—and the kids did too. The concert was full of joy, excitement, and that cozy winter feeling. It was a wonderful way to start the season and celebrate all the hard work of Kolmar’s young performers.
