Kolmar students celebrated unity week from 10/15-10/17. Some ways they celebrated were going along with a different theme for each day. The themes included: we support each other- wear your school spirit gear, wear orange to show that you pledge to be bully free, we are all on team kind- wear your favorite sports gear. The purpose of unity week is to bring awareness to bullying and give students strategies on how to put an end to bullying. A major highlight of the week was when classes got to pair up with a buddy class and do different activities that helped them make their bully free pledges. Students enjoyed working together!
