Due to the National Weather Service issuing a Cold Weather Advisory and forecasting wind chills with sub-zero temperatures again for the morning, all School District 123 school buildings will be closed and exercising an Emergency eLearning Day on Monday, January 26, 2026.

The National Weather Service has forecasted temperatures will reach below zero (-2), with a windchill of (-21.). With the forecasted conditions, we do not want to risk the safety of District 123 students, families, or staff traveling to any of our schools via bus or other means during the morning hours.

eLearning information and a schedule for the day will arrive from your child’s school principal and teacher by 9:00AM.
