Back to School Resources for the 2025-26 School Year

Important Information to Start the 2025-26 School Year

Welcome! The 2025-26 School Year officially begins on August 20th with an early dismissal day for 1st-8th grade students. Kindergarten will start on August 22nd with an early dismissal day. The D123 Early Learning Center will host Family Orientation Days on August 21st and 22nd, and the first day of Preschool is August 25th.

Note: If you are returning, and this is your first time logging in to the new Qmlativ Family Access, you will need to click "Forgot Your Username or Password" and follow the steps to log in to your account.

Schedules will be available in Qmlativ starting August 13th at noon.

Meet, Greet, and Supply Drop-Off

Food Service

A lunch and breakfast program is available at all District 123 schools.

Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 has partnered with Whitsons to offer nutritious, healthy food options to all students. Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 participates in the USDA sponsored National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs, and all meals and snacks served meet or exceed the standards required by these programs.

Before and After School Care

Ridgeland School District 122, Oak Lawn Hometown School District 123 and the Oak Lawn Park District work together to provide a safe, recreational before and after School Program called FLASH. FLASH stands for, Fun & Leisure After School Hours.

Transportation

Bus route information will be available in Qmlativ Family Access. Please be sure to double check bus stops and times before school starts as routes can change up to the start of the school year.
