Throughout the day, an estimated 400-500 people made their way to the event, relishing the festivities. Embracing its "fun for the whole family" promise, the event burst into life with activities that excited both kids and adults. Gincy Hartin's catchy tunes had everyone tapping their feet while the magic show left many wide-eyed in wonder. Add in the thrill of painting a school bus, diving into inflatables, navigating an obstacle course, and competing in lively carnival games. It was a day packed with memorable moments! Local vendors also set up shop, providing attendees an opportunity to explore products and services from around the community.

Moreover, the Extravaganza offered a unique opportunity for longtime residents and newcomers. Attendees got to reconnect with old friends, forge bonds with new families, and learn more about resources throughout the Oak Lawn and Hometown communities.
